Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel beautiful and confident in your Christy Dawn pieces, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in their original compostable packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
